The space

Our home is a beautifully renovated & updated single level home. We’ve converted our garage to accommodate even more living space inside the home.

Featuring 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as large common living spaces and of course a well appointed eat-in kitchen, this place is perfect for you and your family or friends to enjoy some time on the water canals of Florida.

This home is located right on the canals of Florida where you can soak up some sun on our private deck or cool off poolside. The home also has a hot tub for cooler nights with a large lanai that includes a large dining table, couch and TV.

You’re welcome to park in our private driveway as well as use our hot tub, pool, dock and many of the other amenities you will find on the property.

We ask that you treat this home as if it was your own and we hope you’ll enjoy your stay!

Guest access

Our guests have access to the entire property including the driveway, pool, dock. We ask that if there is a boat on our boat lift that you do not go near it. Children are not permitted on the dock, pool or lanai without adult supervision.

Other things to note

We do have lawn care services, pool services and cleaning service that do visit the home as needed. Typically these visits take place mid week. We appreciate you letting them get their job done for the short period of time that they will be on the property. Please be respectful of the fact that we count on them to keep our home as beautiful as possible for our guests.

Local ordinances require a 90 day minimum stay at this location.
