Our home is in one of the most beautiful waterfront neighborhoods in Merritt Island. You will be just minutes from Cocoa Beach and the historic Cocoa Beach Pier as well as Cape Canaveral.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly. We appreciate you keeping this in mind during your stay.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area to dine out and a grocery store very close if you’re looking to dine in.

The house is located on the beautiful Sykes Creek so you will likely see manatees, dolphins and other wild life right from the dock!
